No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return and no-exchange policy. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be returned or exchanged for a different item or style. We encourage you to review your order carefully before checking out. We only offer returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped.

To be eligible for a resolution, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspection: Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  3. Evidence: Please include your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged item and its packaging.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

In addition to the above, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Custom or Personalized Products: Any items made to order.

  • Sale Items: All items purchased during a sale or using a discount code are final sale.

  • Gift Cards.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your proof of damage/wrong item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

  • Approval: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping for Returns
