Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Artsy Harbour. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

Standard Delivery: 10 to 12 working days.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, logistical strikes, or remote location accessibility.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Damages
The Artsy Harbour is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at theartsyharbour@gmail.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product to initiate a claim/replacement.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
